Mostly lamb and chicken but if we're gonna talk about dishes, then i would say LAMB SHANK !! Like seriously, look at this beauty. Just by looking at it, I salivate so much i need a cup. It's juiciness and tenderness goes right to the core of our taste buds and stay there for centuries.
